As an interior designer & a college student living in small cramped spaces I'm always on the lookout for creative space saving ideas. This NYC loft in the Tribeca area is a mere 900 square feet but feels extremely spacious.
The original partitions in the loft were removed and replaced with a central mass that houses the kitchen unit, a master bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
Looking for a little privacy?
A grey curtain separates the bedroom from living area without having to waste swing space from doors.
I love how seemingly simple the floor plan is and the functionality of the space. Check out even more photos of this amazingly organized loft at Design Milk.
