Three Cheese Pizza

I've had a lot of free time this week, so I decided to make home-made pizza for dinner last night. I decided to go with this recipe for the pizza dough and modified the toppings. The recipe calls for fresh mozzarella, shredded part skim mozzarella and fontina - since our local grocery store didn't have fontina, I opted for a nice Romano cheese. I also added fresh tomatoes parsley. You could easily modify this to your taste - I'd love to try this dough with a dessert pizza!
